Autumn Energy
We are definitely moving into the autumn energy! I love Fall! The temperatures are more comfortable, the smell in the air changes, the leaves turn their colours and (most important) there’s some variety at the supermarket in things to eat: pumpkins, cranberries, apple pie, butternut squash and acorn squash!
