Bring the Outside IN

Bring the Outside IN!

Everyone LOVES the outside! Your BODY loves the outdoors too!
Therefore, if we are working downstairs or in a cubicle, it makes sense if we ‘don’t feel well’ at the end of the day.

If you can get outside for a bit during the day for a walk, it will be very good for you to experience sunshine and breathe fresh air.

One idea that could lift the vibration in tight spaces is to put in a ‘window’; a representation of a window can also work for you!

Looking at an image with a horizon can certainly raise your spirits and help lift your mood. Pictured here is a triadic image printed on canvas. This downstairs ping-pong room is underground and has a low ceiling. The image has light, relaxing colors. To view this close-up, this water scene has a calming effect. Yet, on a larger scale this image could invite you to jump off the dock!

Think about adding something like this where you spend time in closed quarters, near the exercise bike or a tight desk area.

There are tons of engaging images and sizes available, as ‘wall decals’ through online stores. You’ll find it’s easier than you think to ‘install’ a whole new window in your space.
