Raising the Bar

It’s spring, and we're waking from hibernation!

Super hero behind the scenes - raising thebar
We Can Do This!

Are you stuck in lethargy and need to raise the bar?

Raising the chi-energy in your space is EXACTLY what you need to do!

Have you ever come home from vacation, turned the key and stepped inside, only to feel ugh...? What happened while you were away? -The life-force of the house has died! This can often happen through the winter months when everything gets ‘closed off’ for the season.

Raising chi- energy is what Feng Shui is all about; sometimes it is the things you can’t see, that can shift your space. Taking charge of your energy source can bring productivity and better coping skills into the day! Think about ‘Raising the Bar’ in your space!

Many of you are aware of dead air, dead space; in houses that are empty, or even blocked off storage areas. After a long winter, you may recall that your windows and doors have been closed for months and months; this also contributes to dull, lifeless chi-energy.

When the life force is allowed to stagnate, chi-energy dies and you can feel this. It’s easy to correct by opening a door or window to let the outside- in; bringing in groceries and cleaning up can all help raise the life force in a home.

When you have these types of energy; stagnant, dull, you are not motivated or productive. There are a few ‘corrections’ you can do to change this: You need to literally RAISE THE BAR in order to move forwards:

  1. Open the windows!  Fresh air is one of the easiest to do. Each time you clean, change the sheets, or wake up in the morning -a blast of fresh air can bring fresh chi-energy to your spirit –and your home.
  2. Lights! Natural light and task lighting all bring good vibes into a home or office. A light force is strong yang energy: positive, determined and creative. While darkness, yin energy, is softer, more relaxing and induces sleep and not productivity. Think about it.
  3. Many Others: Plants bring a natural life force to the room. Bring home some flowers! I use colour therapy, clutter control and even rearrange pictures to help my clients; things that can easily help YOU raise the bar in your life, and in your business.  Most of these ‘other cures’ are individual expressions; it often depends on what makes sense in your life.
  4. Logic: If you are trying to work your home business, and yet, you are tucked away downstairs behind a furnace, how can chi-energy find you? This also relates to exercise equipment and workroom activities; the best place for your workout is in a spot where you can cultivate enough ‘good vibes’ to get the task done. (More commonly above ground.)

If you are ready to shake off the blues, be more productive and Raise the Bar in your space, you may need more ideas to break out of hibernation.

Applying practical enhancements and ‘cures’ can help you move into the next season, prepared and confident! A professional will show you how to orient the chi-energy patterns in your home.

Get out there and enjoy the sunshine; vibrant chi-energy is waiting….
